We have provided strategic, creative and technology solution for planning, designing, constructing, deploying and eventual maintenance and enhancements for this digital business and accompanying B2B tools.



Application Brief

Stayxs.com comprises a Hotel reservation and booking engine, which is a comprehensive tool that connects member hotels worldwide with travelers through global network of partner web sites. We are also working as Software Facilitator (SF) for Administration Module meaning thereby that all back-end operations including report generation, MIS, customization, and integration with partner web sites is outsourced through us.

The main modules of stayxs.com include:

Hotel Network Agents (HNAs) Module:

Stayxs.com has partnered with HNAs to provide hotel reservations. HNAs further have relations with various hotels / properties and manage hotel reservations through a feature referred to as Free Room Nights, a procedure whereby certain rooms are held in reserve in the hotels for HNAs. Stayxs.com provides interface to HNAs to manage their inventories of hotel rooms, rates and bookings.

Booking Engine:

Booking Engine is a tool that powers the partner’s web site(s) or portal(s). It integrates the partner’s website to the booking engine of the stayxs.com for online hotel reservations through Hotel Network Agents (HNAs). Integration and customization are done in such a manner that look and feel of the partner’s website is maintained.

The reservation engine and hence the reservation can be done only through partner web sites or the travel agents.

Travel Agent Module:

This module enables the travel agents to book rooms in the hotels through stayxs.com for their clients. Secured access is provided to travel agents for bookings.


Administration Module:

It manages the entire back office operations of Stayxs.com and provides the customized reports to partners, HNAs and the software facilitators about the traffic, bookings, inventory etc.
