Introduction
KnowledgePlanet
(KP) is a leader in providing Human Capital Management solutions to global
companies. KnowledgePlanet is planning to launch a new version of its
Mercury product shortly. As part of this new version development, there
are some well defined User Interface enhancements and modifications that
are required in the product.
The work involved comprises of applying all the required style changes
to about 600 screens of Administration Module of the Mercury product.

Key activities
involved to accomplish the objectives are:
- To setup
necessary development, staging and testing environments.
- To apply
necessary style changes and capabilities to all KP provided screens
in accordance with 'Mercury Admin GUI Changes Cookbook' provided by
KP.
- To perform
unit and integration testing on completed work to ensure quality of
delivered product.
- Review
and Acceptance testing of work by KP to verify that modifications conform
to requirements.
